Kevin did not grow up aspiring to be an attorney. While his mother might have mentioned a possible career as a lawyer when "complimenting" Kevin's argumentative skills as a young child, Kevin initially wanted to be a professional athlete. When those dreams did not materialize, Kevin went to undergraduate business school and was certain that he would follow in his brother's footsteps and enter the world of high finance and investment banking. After taking various law-related college courses and spending a great deal of time watching televised trials and legal analysis on Court TV, he realized that the law had grabbed hold of him – it has not let go.

Early in his legal career, Kevin cut his teeth by defending a significant number of clients facing government charges. Kevin soon realized that while he enjoyed helping those clients, he was most passionate about helping individuals and small businesses, whether creating legal entities and related corporate agreements, negotiating leases and other types of contracts, assisting with real estate transactions, or helping to resolve disputes between parties both outside and inside the courtroom. Such disputes have ranged from disputes over money or property, to debt collection, trouble among neighbors, and real estate disputes.

Kevin understands that the clients he helps, whether with forming a new business, negotiating the terms of a lease or attempting to resolve a dispute, are often seeking help with matters which can greatly impact their peace of mind and ability to sleep well at night, not to mention the long-term financial security of their families. While helping clients with their legal needs, Kevin strives to provide honest and candid advice regarding their circumstances and recommended courses of action while showing clients the empathy and compassion they deserve.

Kevin gives every case and every transaction the attention it would get if it was on Court TV like those cases that helped inspire him to become a lawyer. He explores every possible angle to find ways to help our clients with their specific circumstances, and ultimately, to help them obtain peace of mind and improve the quality of their lives. That's because he understands that to each client, their case very much is the most important case in the world, televised or not.
